Position Summary

Company FL110 is seeking a seasoned and visionary Systems Engineering talent to join our engineering team.

You will be developing new hardware platforms that enable next-generation proteomics. You'll be at the forefront of our product development life cycle. From conception to deployment, you'll be delivering high-quality, reliable systems for both developers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical project lead responsible for all design and development activities.
• Build and manage high-performing teams, including hiring, mentoring, and developing talent to foster professional growth and ensure team success.
• Designing, creating and realizing next-generation platform for FL110’s proteomics solution.
• Provide systems engineering leadership through a products full development lifecycle, from early stage research to beta testing and product release.
• Understand and translate customer requirements to design requirements and developing a verification and validation strategy for the platform.
• Contribute to early stage rapid concept development, prototype and test iterations with cross-functional teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ideate, develop and test subsystem concepts, and develop subsystem architectures.
• Create, maintain, and update documents for all aspects of the development process as well as contributing to generating intellectual property

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO:9001 is required
• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex engineering projects successfully.
• Strong expertise in systems architecture, design, integration, and testing.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Experience driving technical requirements with vendors, subcontractors, and manufacturers, with excellent communication and documentation skills. (OEM/ODM/JDM/CM)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Be an independent, solution-driven mindset, adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
