As a Production Engineer, you will be working to support the plant’s day-to-day operations. You’ll be supported by your team with possibilities to grow into a Manufacturing Professional and directly impact the quality of our products – helping to improve real lives.

Your key responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of operating procedures.
- Ensure PSM compliance including all necessary operating procedures (batch sheets, SOP, and Process Safety Procedures) in place, reviewed annually, and understood by workforce. Assist in operator training.
- Develop process monitoring and control techniques for all levels of production.
- Facilitate introduction of new products/processes; compile Process Transfer database for Production.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Science and Research, Maintenance, HS&E, and Q.C. to resolve Production issues. Utilize the ‘Guardian Team’ approach as much as possible. Documentation of issues and resolutions required.
- Participate in process optimization studies, efficiency and improvement projects.

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering
- Demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels in the organization.
- Demonstrate the ability to operate and understand computer-controlled process equipment and programs that used in process control.
- Ability to provide hands-on demonstration and training to operating workforce.
- Working knowledge of safety procedures & practices and environmental regulations.
- Hands-on, results oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
