The ideal candidate is more than a recruiter. They are a partner who understands the challenges and hiring needs of the hiring managers they support . They know how to find the best talent in the market and how to develop a sourcing strategy. The ideal candidate understands they are the critical first impression for thousands of candidates seeking an opportunity at Sword Health. The ideal candidate will be ready to recruit for positions across the company as needed, and not just Technology.
