Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Contributes to the annual business/account plan for the assigned account, agreeing with the Client Director what actions will be required for their product / portfolio.

  •  Manages a product portfolio or product, ensuring members are provided appropriate support from Visa Europe.

  • Works with client to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing new products and services as appropriate.

  • Works closely with the assigned client, ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained with the bank operational team.

  • Demonstrates good knowledge of all Visa product and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas.

  • Engages with colleagues across Visa ensuring teams such as product, marketing, business development and consulting are appropriately involved and informed about their client issues.

  • Support cross functional initiatives as required

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Essential criteria:
Support the Client Director in actively managing the relationship with a strategic key account to promote and secure use of Visa Europe products and services.
Excellent knowledge and experience of the payment business and/or financial services
Commercial understanding, the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions in relation with our scorecard
Good understanding of the digital marketing and the Fintech market
Broad knowledge about Visa and its products and services
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels within own member business
Proven influencing, selling and negotiation skill.
Fluent in French and English
