Business Analysis Lead

We have an incredible opportunity for a Business Analysis Lead to join our Change & Transformation team on a permanent basis based in the London or Darlington office (hybrid based).

The role

As a Business Analysis Lead, you will be a valued member of the wider Change & Transformation leadership team by setting the standards and methodology for business analysis across Railpen, ensuring both leaders and colleagues will sustainably deliver our shared purpose - to secure our members’ future. You will be an active leader for the business analysis community and will own the business analysis methodology and standards and ensure that any technical requirements are according to agreed standards.

The person

We are looking for an experienced Business Analysis Lead who has previously worked within the financial services industry. You will have significant proven experience performing Business Analysis and leading a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects, programmes running in parallel. As an SME in your own right, you will have the experience of creating and managing the implementation of a standardised Business Analysis framework in a matrix, cross functional change transformation environment. Knowledge and experience of using industry standard Business Analysis tools is essential for this role.

As the Business Analysis Lead you will have the ability to support across a variety of business disciplines, embrace complexity, and have excellent skills in delivering clear communication. We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude, who is keen to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders within technology, the Change & Transformation team, and the wider organisation. The ability to manage your time effectively and adapt and re-plan due to competing priorities is critical for this role. You will lead by example and aim to maximise the potential of your direct reports by sharing your expertise, helping to establish and embed best practice for the new ways of working and instil a culture of innovation within Change & Transformation.
