What You'll Do

Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will support the inventory control team in managing stock levels, ensuring accuracy in inventory records, and assist with various inventory-related tasks.

  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels, track stock movements, and update inventory records in the system.

  • Enter inventory data into the system, generate reports, and analyze trends to help optimize inventory levels.

  • Participate in regular stock audits and physical counts to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.

  • Support the team in processing purchase orders, receiving goods, and reconciling discrepancies.

  • Identify opportunities for improving inventory processes and help implement best practices.

  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to address inventory issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, adjustments, and discrepancies.

  • Assist in resolving inventory-related customer inquiries and issues.

  • Completes industrial lift truck certifications (as needed)

Who You Are

  • College student (rising junior or senior) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles and practices.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passionate about your work, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully and make an impact

  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and respect in interactions with others, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

  • Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of tasks and following through on commitments

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship now or in the future
