Starting Wage $20.35 per hours  with increases at 6 months and 1 year

          Job Responsibilities

  • Perform essential processing tasks as part of the turkey harvest operation in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment
  • Handle product in accordance with quality, food safety, and animal welfare standards throughout the production process

 

  •  

    Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Ability to lift 25 - 50 pounds

  • Perform repetitive motion with a knife or tool

  • Able to twist, turn or bend throughout 8 - 10 hour shift

  • Work in temperatures ranging from 60 - 90 degrees

  • Work well in group

  • Able to stand on concrete floors for long durations of time
