Our goal is to create a single source-of-truth platform for every asset class, in every country, and in any currency.</p> <p>By combining highly-skilled product and engineering talent with seasoned finance professionals, we’re building the essentials to compete in today’s fast-paced markets.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional to support the registration and ongoing financial oversight of our CFTC-registered Swap Dealer. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating the financial and operational components of the swap dealer registration process, including development of regulatory capital frameworks, policies and procedures, and financial reporting infrastructure.</p> <p>The individual will work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Treasury and Technology teams to establish and maintain a robust financial control environment that meets CFTC, NFA, and SEC regulatory requirements applicable to registered Swap Dealers.</p> <p>This position requires deep expertise in financial services regulation, regulatory capital, derivatives markets, and financial reporting within regulated entities. Given our strategic focus on digital assets derivatives and crypto swaps, the role will also support the financial regulatory framework surrounding crypto-linked derivatives and related market infrastructure.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Swap Dealer Registration &amp; Buildout</strong></p> <p>Lead and coordinate finance workstreams related to the CFTC Swap Dealer registration process, including:</p> <ul> <li>Supporting the design and implementation of the regulatory capital framework in accordance with applicable CFTC capital rules (e.g., CFTC 23.101 / SEC 18a-1 where applicable).</li> <li>Assisting with preparation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls required for registration.</li> <li>Partnering with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Treasury and Technology teams and external advisors to ensure operational readiness of the Swap Dealer entity.</li> <li>Supporting regulatory filings and docu
