Position Summary

This position reports to the Research and Insights Manager and plays a key role in helping drive data-informed decision-making across our organization.  You will design, implement, and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies in this role by listening to your customers' needs.  Using your analytical skills and attention to detail, you will distill actionable insights from the research and follow through with written and verbal presentations to key stakeholders, which may include senior leadership.  You will coordinate with internal teams to meet business needs; your research may include a wide variety of items such as sales funnels, brand health tracking, concept testing, pricing studies, conjoint analysis, interviews, focus group moderation, event planning and coordination, panel recruitment efforts, database maintenance, ethnography, and more. 

As a key member of a small but strategically important team, the ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment that draws on various skills.  This flexible approach and variety of assignments will be a source of energy for the ideal candidate.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage external market research vendors, leverage our internal research panels, plan related events, and work closely with various teams and departments within HEW.

To succeed, you will be proactive and self-directed on some projects and highly collaborative and process-oriented on others. You will help shape strategic thinking and business decision-making with multiple stakeholder groups by leveraging your analytical skills and persuasive communication ability.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Research Study Design and Execution
    • Develop, program, and analyze surveys using Qualtrics software.
  • Research Panel Management
    • Support the management, growth, and execution of qualitative and quantitative research using internal proprietary panels.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze data sets to craft compelling narratives from research findings.
    • Develop clear, audience-appropriate reports and presentations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate and manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights.
  • Partnering with Multiple Stakeholder Groups
    • Proactively partner and communicate with internal customers to understand their needs and business objectives.
  • Presentations
    • Present research insights and findings to internal customers
