About the role
Duties:Manage post-sale customer relationships including building customer relationships, managing renewals, facilitating expansion opportunities, driving solution adoption & business value, managing escalations and achieving customer delight. Specific duties include:1. Manage product deployments which includes detailed review of customer requirements and mapping them to product capabilities.2. Develop and manage deployment activities and timelines.3. Evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider factors such as cost, portability, compatibility, or usability.4. Configure and customize the product and its integration with customer applications.5. Direct analysis, development, and operation of complete computer systems.6. Investigate system component suitability for specified purposes, and make recommendations regarding component use.7. Document customer requirements, data & process flows.8. Establish functional or system standards to address operational requirements, quality requirements, and design constraints.9. Demonstrate continuous business value to customers through detailed analysis of forensic data collected by product including data aggregation, analysis, organization and presentation in the form of meaningful insights to the customer.10. Handle custom integration requirements during deployment by developing toolkits and utility applications (web application and/or server side) to integrate data into non-standard data repositories.11. Configure servers to meet functional specifications.12. Develop application-specific software.13. Train & enable customer resources on the product using the prevalent best practices in the industry. This includes developing user education, training documents & presentations.
Position Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field plus 5 years of experience in information technology customer success roles. 5 years of experience to include the following skills:1) Utilizing data aggregation, analysis and visualization tools including Tableau, Qlikview and Splunk.2) Analyzing and converting data for executives by developing dashboards, charts and insights using SQL (Oracle, MS or ANSI SQL or MySQL).3) Utilizing Java and C++ to write web applications as well as testing and debugging any existing code.4) Consulting experience modeling process and data flows in MS Visio.5) Managing portfolio of large enterprise customers.6) Customer facing consulting experience working with Enterprise software solutions. All skills gained concurrently. May telecommute. Salary: $160,680 - 171,600/year.
