The Job:

As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be part of our Americas Supply Chain team as a hybrid employee who is responsible for driving operational excellence in customer-facing supply chain processes. This role manages backorder reporting, promotional execution, compliance mitigation, and supports key forecasting and reporting initiatives to ensure high service levels and strong commercial alignment.

In this role you’ll get to: 

• Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance)
• Lead customer-facing meetings to address supply chain and program topics.
• Generate and review MPR (Monthly Performance Review) reports.
• Conduct forecast accuracy reviews and cost-to-serve projects.
• Communicate SKU transitions to customers and sales teams.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes to mitigate compliance fines.

Desired Skills:

• Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, ASI400/INFOR, Excel, Business Warehouse)
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to analyze and problem- solve
• Time Management

Desired Experience & Education:

• BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related required
• 3-5 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience.
