Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls to clients.
• Gather quote intake information using provided scripts.
• Send out welcome emails and texts to new clients.
• Utilize company tools and templates for effective communication.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Positive personality with an energetic and helpful attitude.
• Proficient in using internal phone systems and email communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Ability to follow provided scripts and templates effectively.
