Role :: Delivery Manager – IT Implementation (IAM & Cybersecurity Focus)
Location :: McLean, VA (Onsite)

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cybersecurity-related projects. 

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring project excellence, fostering team growth, and expanding our presence in the IAM and Cybersecurity space. 

This position demands a strong leader with expertise in people management, client engagement, escalation resolution, and the ability to coach and train team members for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Delivery & Execution: 

• Lead the delivery of complex IAM and Cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and alignment with client expectations. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IAM and Cybersecurity best practices, frameworks, and solutions. 

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery. 

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards across all project implementations. Client Engagement: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships. 

• Understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and proactively address concerns to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership. 

• Provide regular updates to clients on project status, milestones, and outcomes. People Management: 

• Manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. 

• Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans for team members. 

• Act as a mentor and coach, empowering team members to enhance their technical and leadership skills. 

Escalation Management: 

• Address and resolve project-related escalations promptly, ensuring minimal impact on delivery timelines and client relationships.
