Department Overview

The RF Site Hardware team is an organization with the Products and Solutions group of Motorola Solutions. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated and highly reliable communications, infrastructure and networking products for Mission Critical and commercial communications products across a variety of global markets and standards. The RF Site Hardware Engineering team develops state of the art Digital, RF, Mechanical and Power electronics solutions to meet our customer’s needs.

Job Description

The candidate will be given an assignment that will comprise of Circuit Design and/or performance verification.

Specific Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge in Analog Circuit Design.

• Knowledge in power circuits, such as LDO regulators or SMPS, is preferred. 

• Sound analytic skills and able to troubleshoot circuits quickly.

• Good writing and communication skills.

• Completed coursework in analog circuits.

Basic Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or an allied discipline

• Must gradute on or after December 2025.

• Must be a US Citizen, permanent resident or be an MS student with work authorization (F1 Visa on CPT accepted only for masters-level students).
