Pratt & Whitney is looking for a Military Engines, Business Data Analyst I.
What You Will Do
- Analyze and synthesize financial, staffing, and program performance data using OneView (QlikSense), SAP, and other analytical tools to support Military Customer Support and Flight Safety (MCS&S) leadership decision-making.
- Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and business insights that clearly communicate trends, risks, and opportunities across multiple military engine programs.
- Partner closely with Control Account Managers (CAMs), business managers, and cross-functional teams to identify cost/schedule drivers, highlight anomalies, and recommend data-backed corrective actions.
- Support monthly business rhythms by preparing analytics packages, headcount reviews, financial updates, and program performance summaries for multiple levels of leadership.
- Provide business analysis to support CORE-driven initiatives, including process optimization, operational rhythm improvements, and data automation projects.
- Strengthen communication channels across MCSS by connecting stakeholders, coordinating information flow, and ensuring alignment during time-critical business cycles.
- Manage accounts associated with compliance/non-compliance military engine programs, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Deliver ad-hoc analytics, modeling, and business insights to support emerging requirements, special projects, and program shifts.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree obtained by start date in a Business Administration, Finance, Financial Technology, Analytics, or Economics
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Experience or coursework in data analysis, business analysis, project or financial management, budgeting, forecasting, or earned value concepts.
- Experience using analytical or visualization tools such as QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or relevant work experience.
- Experience supporting business management, program management, or financial oversight activities.
- Familiarity with trend analysis, KPI development, or operational dashboard creation.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional environments (engineering, finance, operations, program office).
