Your Role

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Strategist to join its Global Strategic Deals team in North America. This role supports Capgemini’s most complex, high‑value, and strategically critical client pursuits, working alongside senior strategists, deal leads, and executive stakeholders to shape transformational opportunities for Capgemini globally.

 

As a Strategist, you will play a critical role in structuring complex client problems, developing strategic hypotheses, synthesizing insights across multiple dimensions, and producing high‑quality strategic narratives and proposals. This role is ideal for experienced strategy professionals looking to deepen their exposure to large‑scale, C‑suite‑driven deals while continuing to build their strategic judgment and executive communication skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Structure complex client challenges into clear strategic hypotheses across market, client, and competitive dimensions
  • Analyze ambiguous problem statements and support the identification of strategic options and implications
  • Synthesize market forces, client dynamics, and Capgemini capabilities into coherent strategic insights
  • Contribute to the development of compelling strategic narratives and executive‑ready storylines
  • Support senior strategists and deal leads in shaping large, complex, multi‑stakeholder deals
  • Coordinating strategy inputs across multiple workstreams into clear, consistent deal materials
  • Develop high‑quality content for proposals, presentations, and pursuit documents
  • Collaborate closely with team members, solution teams, and industry experts to ensure alignment across the deal story
  • Operate effectively in global, cross‑functional teams across regions and service lines

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong Academic background in Organizational / Business Strategy. MBA preferred,
  • Approximately 6 - 7 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or corporate strategy
  • Strong problem‑structuring and hypothesis‑driven thinking skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise insights
  • Experience supporting complex client engagements, pursuits, or transformation programs
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting structured thinking
  • Strong PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities for client‑facing materials
  • Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, high‑stakes, and ambiguous environments
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working across diverse teams and disciplines
  • Curiosity, drive, and a strong interest in large‑scale strategic deals and C‑suite problem solving

  • Support the upskilling of the team members on topics related to Data & Analytics

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $112,600 to $160,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
