Job Description:

The Marketing Strategist is responsible for providing strategic support and project management to all aspects of marketing the Montage Health brand.

Under the leadership of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Strategist helps develop comprehensive marketing campaigns and strategies that align with Montage Health's overall goals and objectives.

Support a wide array of marketing strategies that are vital to the organization’s success, including...

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Experience

At least five or more years of related experience in marketing with a strong understanding of project management principles is required. Preferably with an extensive background in the healthcare industry.

History of successful collaboration with colleagues, supervisor, and other stakeholders with a demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic marketing campaigns.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; creative thinking and problem-solving abilities; budget management experience; and strong project management skills. 

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
