As Senior Manager, you will be a key member of the Global Finance team, that has responsibility for the finance projects, initiatives at a global level.   </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>What you’ll be doing</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p>You will play a key role in reshaping the financial landscape across our global operations.</p> <p>You will be responsible for managing transformation within the finance function globally. You will oversee an initiative pipeline, align with senior stakeholders, and lead projects and best practices to shape and promote our long-term finance vision and strategy. This position reports to Carlsberg VP Strategic Finance and focuses on realizing a future-ready, finance improvement roadmap that advances standardization, digitalization and ways of working at Carlsberg.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your primary tasks and responsibility include:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement the execution of our strategic Finance change program at Carlsberg, aligning regional and group requirements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our Finance Function</li> <li>Lead and manage selected projects to effective implementation across the group (for example, introducing a finance planning tool or scaling AI in Finance)</li> <li>Facilitate collaboration across the organization to establish and promote best practices, standards, and operational consistency</li> <li>Ensure stakeholder alignment on all levels, including frequent updates to CFO leadership team, ExCom and Audit committee</li> <li>Present and share Finance programs’ pipeline within finance communities regional and at group to ensure Finance delivers lasting value to the organization</li> <li>Develop and update global communication to ensure change management and informed stakeholders</li> <li>Maintain partner network, point of contact for 3rd parties and manage 3rd party project teams</li> <li>Shape Carlsberg finance strategy and common vision with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team to add value to the organization and responsible for the annual strategy cascade towards full CFO Leadership team</li> <li>Support the VP Strategic Finance in delivering activities to agreed deadlines</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>What we’re looking for</span></strong></p> <p>Your professional profile and skills should cover:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>5-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in managerial or strategic role</li> <li>Solid background in operational finance activities</li> <li>Proven track of record in finance transformation projects</li> <li>Strategic thinker with a driving spirit and customer focus</li> <li>Effective leadership and people-management skills</li> <li>Effective stakeholder engagement and building relationships; able to network across different levels of the business and across regions</li> <li>Experienced handling stressful situations with a collaborative attitude</li> <li>Extensive experience planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives</li> <li>Conceptually strong, being able to think “big and small” and an excellent finance acumen</li> <li>Ability to prioritize workload effectively; Practical, solution-oriented mentality; Enjoys problem solving and working in demanding situations</li> <li>Effective communication skills and excellent business acumen; Fluency in English both written and spoken, as it is the work language</li> <li>Openness to international travel</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>What you can expect</span></strong></p> <p>In Carlsberg, we are brewing for at better today and tomorrow… and what we can offer you is an equal opportunity to grow across our company.
