And make no mistake, we are here to win, but we believe in winning right</p><p>Our roster has an opening with your name on it.</p><p></p><h2>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</h2><p></p><p><b>Generative AI Model Development:</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate in developing AI applications, including AI-powered chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) applications, agentic AI applications, or other generative AI tools.</li><li>Understand and implement fine-tuning and distillation techniques for large language models.</li><li>Prepare data sets for Generative AI model fine-tuning.</li><li>Automate machine learning and AI processes.</li><li>Evaluate AI applications with AI evaluation tools.</li><li>Manage version control and tracking of AI models, including comprehensive logging and monitoring of performance metrics.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Performance Optimization:</b></p><ul><li>Evaluate model performance to pinpoint areas needing enhancement, focusing on latency, throughput, and accuracy.</li><li>Employ strategies such as model pruning, quantization, and knowledge distillation to streamline model size and boost inference speed.</li><li>Monitor and address potential issues in the production environment, efficiently resolving any bottlenecks.</li><li>Continuously measure AI application responses using key metrics to maintain high output quality.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Monitoring and Alerting:</b></p><ul><li>Develop comprehensive monitoring systems to track model performance, data quality, and system health.</li><li>Set up alerts and notifications to proactively identify and address potential issues in the production environments.</li></ul><ul><li>Promptly address any harmful, unfair, or inappropriate outputs that may occur during real-world application.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Collaboration and Communication:</b></p><ul><li>Communicate technical details of AI operations to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences. </li><li>Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and best practices. </li><li>Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to translate research prototypes into production-ready models.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Prompt Development:</b></p><ul><li>Design and develop prompts for various applications, including text generation, translation, question answering, and creative writing.</li><li>Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into effective prompts.</li><li>Analyze and optimize prompts based on performance metrics and user feedback to ensure high-quality outputs.</li><li>Conduct experiments and research to test new modes and prompting techniques.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Skills and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch experience.</li><li>Experience with integrating AI models for text generation, computer vision, and image generation into production environments.</li><li>Experience in designing and implementing scalable and efficient AI systems.</li><li>Experience building datasets for AI model training and evaluation.</li><li>Deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, including deep learning architectures like transformers.</li><li>Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks such as MLflow and Kubeflow.</li><li>Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you can expect:</b></p><ul><li>25 days of annual leave</li><li>ShareSave scheme and „Flexible Benefits” of your choice</li><li>Private health insurance (includes dental insurance and health assessments)</li><li>Excellent development opportunities including thousands of courses online through ‘Udemy'</li><li>Working from home options;</li></ul><p>We thank all applicants for their interest, however only the suitable candidates will be contacted for an interview.</p><p>By submitting your application online, you agree that: your details will be used to progress your application for employment.</p><p>If your application is successful, your details will be used to administer your personnel record.
