We are currently seeking a Salesforce Onsite Support Engineer to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

 

Note - US Citizenship is required for this role. GSOC verification will be required post-selection.

 

Job Function / Day to Day

• Creating, configuring, and maintaining custom reports and dashboards 
• Managing users, permissions, profiles, list views and groups 
• Creating and customize page layouts 
• Editing and maintaining data quality, account, and contact information 
• Developing and maintaining Salesforce training materials 
• Creating and managing workflows/process builder 
• Supporting creation and migration of new development features 

Required Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
• 5+ years experience Configuring Salesforce by creating and managing profiles, roles, custom fields, complex formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes 
• 5 + years hands-on experience with Access Management, Data Loader and Workbench.  
• 5+ years Support experience with force.com, Sales Cloud and/or Certinia (aka Financialforce). 
• 3+ years experience with analyzing force.com logs, Mulesoft logs and Splunk.
• 3+ yrs supporting L1 & L2 tickets 

 

Certifications 

• Salesforce Admin Certified
• Salesforce Advance Admin Cert

Preference Qualifications: 

• Understanding of CRM related business processes like Sales Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Partner Program and Relationship Management, Pipeline Management, Order Management, Account Management, and Case Management
