Summary:

Assumes the primary caretaker role for patients in CSC ABA programs (Behavior Disorders Clinic and Autism Services) which includes delivering therapy protocols, maintaining a safe environment, and the management of harmful behaviors. The Program Specialist I also participates in data collection, training, and team collaboration.

Schedule:

  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon - Fri

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Experience in ABA therapy settings or special education settings is strongly preferred

  • Pediatric experience preferred

  • Heartsaver CPR within 60 days of start date

  • CSC SCM training must be completed within 60 days of start date

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required within 90 days of start date (training and fees provided by the department)
