This is not just a cleaning position. You will lead, train, and support team members while helping ensure accounts run smoothly. You will be trusted to solve problems, step in when needed, and represent the company in the field.
Train and coach team members to meet company standards
Step in to cover call ins and keep operations running smoothly
Perform quality checks and proactively address issues
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction
Support quarterly quality meetings and ongoing account performance
Assist with walk throughs and service follow up
Manage and transport supplies as needed
Maintain strong communication with employees and leadership
Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work
Reliable, consistent, and able to follow through
Strong communication and leadership ability
Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
Flexible and willing to step in when needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Consistent hours with a stable, growing company
