The Role
The Technical Recruiter will lead all full life cycle technical recruiting efforts across the US. As a Technical Recruiter you will support the Technology team through identifying candidates and candidate pools, building networks and proactively promoting our brand in the marketplace. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring CAA’s most valued asset – its people!
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process for all areas of CAA Technology, including but not limited to, application and infrastructure engineering, information security, business systems, service delivery, program and project management, product management and data analysts and scientists
- Own the full life cycle recruitment process including proactively sourcing, screening, interviewing, creating and extending offers, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Design, implement and execute robust, innovative recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent with diverse backgrounds and skill sets
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to develop a deep understanding of the team’s hiring needs and ensure the needs and goals are met
- Assume the role of a talent partner by influencing key stakeholders in the recruiting process to ensure deliverables are in alignment with organizational diversity and inclusion goals
- Consistently provide an exceptional, positive candidate experience with a focus on communication and process clarity
- Develop a strong proactive pipeline of talent at all levels within the Technology department
- Attend industry recruiting events to connect with talent and promote our brand
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage potential candidates
- Source, screen, and assess candidates to identify those who best match the technical and cultural needs of the organization
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural competencies
- Support the hiring manager and hiring team through intake, interview plans, interview training and best practices, debriefs, hiring decisions, offer details, and onboarding
- Successfully drive and facilitate offer negotiations including managing candidate compensation expectations through the process, extending offers, landing on terms, and managing all pre-hire communications
- Effectively collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders such as, HR Business Partners, Compensation, and HRIS
Qualifications
- 6+ years as a technical recruiter, with a focus on information technology, information security, data analytics and science, program management and business systems
- Strong understanding of full lifecycle recruiting and technical hiring processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on candidate and stakeholder relationship management
- Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology to effectively assess candidates' technical skills and experience
- Familiarity with latest pay transparency laws and best practices, and proven ability to successfully manage the compensation negotiatio
