🎯 What You'll Be Doing

As a Guest Experience Shift Lead, you're not just keeping things running—you’re creating WOW moments! You'll lead and inspire your team to deliver world-class service and unforgettable experiences to every guest, every time. 💫

Your days will be filled with:

• 💼 Acting as Supervisor on Duty, keeping operations smooth and exciting

• 🧍‍♀️ Assisting front-line Hosts across the attraction when needed

• 🎉 Leading and motivating team members to be guest-obsessed

• 🛠 Delegating and monitoring daily tasks to ensure everything clicks into place

• 🚦Managing guest flow and line control during peak hours

• 🤝 Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and a smile

• 📚 Training and developing new team members

• 🔍 Auditing service areas and supporting leadership with special projects

• 🌈 Creating a positive, energetic, and safe work environment for all!

🧩 What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s passionate, responsible, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Someone who knows how to have fun while leading by example. 🦸

Requirements:

• 🎓 High School diploma or GED required

• 💡 6+ months in customer service, attractions, entertainment, or similar roles preferred

• 💬 Strong communication and leadership skills

• 🧠 Problem-solver with a guest-first mindset

• 👟 Ability to be on your feet, moving, and engaging with guests for extended periods

• 🕒 Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

📦 Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
