Through this tailored program, you’ll gain invaluable experience, develop leadership skills, and connect with an exceptional group of like-minded individuals. During the year, you'll have a chance to learn about different leadership aspects, such as team-building, leadership styles, presentation skills, feedback, recruitment, decision-making, and self-leadership, from NBF and external guest speakers.</p><p></p><p>This opportunity is exclusively for <strong>Haaga-Helia, Laurea,</strong> or <strong>Metropolia</strong> students in 2026. You’ll earn <strong>15 ECTS credits</strong> and be compensated by salary for the August–September execution phase.</p><p></p><p>As a team leader, you’ll recruit and guide a group of students and oversee a specific responsibility area within customer service operations. Most team leaders work in pairs.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><p></p><ul><li>Previous customer service experience at Nordic Business Forum</li><li>Enrollment at Haaga-Helia, Laurea, or Metropolia throughout 2026 required</li><li>Positive &amp; energetic attitude, willingness to embrace challenges, growth mindset</li><li>Fluency in English, and Finnish is a plus</li><li>Commitment to the tentative NBF 2026 Leadership Program schedule, see below</li></ul><h3> </h3><p></p><p><strong>Key Dates</strong></p><p></p><p></p><p>The program includes training sessions and event preparation from <strong>January to October 2026</strong>.
