Job Description

Your role is to:

• Support the transition of new organizations (direct clients, agencies, and production studios) by envisioning and deploying the most accurate and efficient configuration of our technology stack ProdigiousCloud (Digital Asset Management, Digital workflow, Online brief, Marketing automation, etc.).
• Once deployed, own the relationship with your clients, run trainings, monitor KPIs, and drive process and platform optimization.

You are part of the global Publicis Production team, you will report to our Global Business Process Manager, and work hand in hand with our Development team, as well as with the Business Leads for the client(s) you are dedicated to.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Production teams in different Business and geographical areas to understand workflows, existing tools in use, support the documentation of production processes, understand major pain points vs. value-add, identify opportunities to automate or to increase efficiencies further through process & tech.
• Contribute to defining the best setting for ProdigiousCloud toolset, document and provide tech specs to the dev team, guarantee delivery on time/budget, run reports, track activity, compliance to process and adoption of the tools, manage UAT with the client, train and manage change.
• Feed IT Roadmap where possible to help fill these gaps and automate where possible.
• Transfer knowledge to your peers, local integration teams when and where needed around the globe.

Qualifications

• 3/4 years of experience in the software industry (project and/or process and/or change management).
• Experience in communication/digital/production industry is not mandatory but would definitely be an added value.
• Interest in technology and processes, workflows, organization with clients.
• Can share examples of successful process optimization projects and/or BtoB platform deployments in the past.
• Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Requires listening, analysis, and teaching ability, as well as the capacity to influence.
• Ease with online tools.
• Attention to detail and dedication to the accuracy and reliability of information.
• Dynamic and proactive.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
