As our teams grow, we want to ensure we have clear expectations and boundaries for each of new Technical Project Managers as we work cross-functionally to align on best practices, process, and overall efficiency across the various projects. The mission of a Technical Project Managers (TPM’s) is to own the execution of their teams cross-functional initiatives. Initially TPM will manage one team in our Largae-Scale Scrum Setup later TPM’s may oversee several different teams, all working toward different goals and separate work schedules. TPM’s take the lead on tracking project progress, aligning team members, and strategizing project and program outcomes. 

About the role: 

We are in search of a self-motivated, solution-oriented and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Affinidi Elements team. In this role, you will work with global peers on teams dedicated to areas of the product portfolio, from the product, design, infrastructure, architecture, and back/front-end engineering teams. You will be responsible for leading the continued enhancement and development of consumer-facing applications.

• Execute projects and programs end-to-end, from inception to release in Large -Scale-Scrum setup.

• Apply project management methodologies and best practices, but knows how and when to flex to the project rather than simply following rigid standards. 
• Gather inputs and feedback and suggest improvements to our Product Process, and operational model within the Product division. 
• Make sure all the expectations and acceptance criterias are documented in Jira and Confluence and be the one who assures them to match with the delivered functional.
