Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and innovative professional to serve as Senior Manager of Transformation. This individual will support a high-performing team focused on enabling financial consolidation, external reporting (including SEC), and analytical capabilities through OneStream. The Senior Manager will play a key role in driving transformation and continuous improvement across Corporate Controllership and Consolidations functions through system-based solutions, master data governance, and advanced automation, including AI-powered features.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- OneStream Enablement: Manage the optimization of OneStream for corporate consolidations and financial reporting. Leverage advanced platform capabilities and continue to drive enablement throughout the Corporate Accounting functions.
- Reporting Transformation: Support SEC, Corporate Controllership and internal management reporting requirements through scalable and automated solutions. Oversee the design and deployment of reports for Corporate Controllership with enhanced accuracy, auditability, and insight.
- AI & Automation Innovation: Promote adoption of AI-powered capabilities in in our data and reporting.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering innovation and excellence in transformation delivery.
- Corporate Accounting Data & Systems Roadmap: Contribute to execution of a multi-year roadmap aligned with business strategy, focusing on Corporate Accounting Data, user experience, and AI adoption.
- Master Data Governance: Support financial master data strategy and governance, including metadata hierarchies, reporting dimensions, and change control processes.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with Corporate Controllership and SEC Reporting teams to translate business needs into automated and scalable technical solutions.
- Project Management: Deliver on key initiatives across data modeling, system configuration, reporting builds, and AI-powered solutions in partnership with IT and external vendors.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across IT, FP&A, Audit, Financial Applications and external providers to ensure compliance, performance, and effective deployment of OneStream capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement: Benchmark new technologies and OneStream features, participating in proof-of-concept initiatives to test AI modules and automation plug-ins.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 6–8 years of experience in finance systems, consolidation, or financial reporting within large enterprises.
- Experience with OneStream platform, including report development, automation, and dashboarding.
- Proven track record delivering system-enabled improvements in support of external reporting, statutory close, or enterprise consolidation.
- Familiarity with master data architecture, governance frameworks, and metadata modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for applying automation and advanced analytics.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to partner across functions and influence outcomes.
