This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland.</p> <p><b>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</b></p> <ul> <li>Perform cash and/or trades and/or position reconciliation and/or,</li> <li>Process cash payment related to derivatives or FX settlement,</li> <li>Research and resolve discrepancies between clients and brokers data and/or,</li> <li>Perform process controls,</li> <li>Coordinate process improvements.</li> </ul> <p><b>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</b></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, science or similar,</li> <li>5+ years of relevant experience with derivatives and/or FX,</li> <li>Practical and theoretical derivatives knowledge (listed and/or OTC) and/or FX market,</li> <li>Practical and theoretical knowledge and/or experience in reconciliation,</li> <li>Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume and priorities,</li> <li>Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.</li> </ul> <p><b>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
