<p><b>Senior Supervisor, Quality Control</b></p><p></p><p><b>Type: </b>Permanent</p><p><b>Location: </b>Almelo Distribution Centre and Offices, The Netherlands</p><p><b>Company: </b>VF Corporation - The Global fashion and apparel organisation!</p><p></p><p></p><p>VF Corporation is more than the world's largest apparel company.  A dynamic global player, VF represents lifestyle brands such as The North Face, Kipling, Vans, Napapijri, Smartwool, Eastpak and Timberland!</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Let’s talk about the role...</b></p><p></p><p>The Senior Supervisor, Quality Control position, is a key position for the EMEA Supply Chain at VF Corporation.</p><p></p><p>Responsible for leading inbound inspections and rework operations, ensuring that all incoming VF products meet company and brand quality standards.</p><p></p><p>The role oversees the Inbound Quality Auditor team, manages third-party rework processes, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance within the Distribution Centre.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>How you will make a difference...</b></p><p></p><p>Our leadership role is a varied position that covers a variety of duties and responsibilities, including…</p><ul><li>Supervising daily inbound inspections to achieve 100% audit coverage and operational compliance</li><li>Utilising predictive analysis for resource and workforce planning</li><li>Managing rework operations with third-party providers, ensuring documentation and quality control</li><li>Overseeing Quality/Rework POs in SAP, Coupa, PKMS, Enovia, and Flex-PLM systems</li><li>Tracking inspection results, rework progress, and cost performance within SLA timelines</li><li>Leading defect analysis, calibration, and shadow audits to maintain inspection consistency</li><li>Developing and enforcing standardised Quality SOPs and inspection procedures</li><li>Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection efficiency and reduce defects</li><li>Coaching and manage the Quality Auditor team to strengthen technical and operational capability</li><li>Partnering with cross-functional and logistics teams to resolve quality issues and support DC operations</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Skills for Success...</b></p><p></p><p>We are seeking someone who can bring the following skills and experience, or perhaps has the potential to learn and develop their knowledge and ability in these areas</p><ul><li>Strong technical knowledge of inspection processes and quality systems</li><li>Proven leadership and team development skills</li><li>Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven decision-making</li><li>Continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Effective collaboration and communication across functions, in both English and Dutch due to the international environment that you’ll be working in</li></ul><ul><li>A degree or qualification in engineering, Quality, or Supply Chain Management</li><li>Solid experience in quality or inspection, as well as a proven track record in a supervisory role, leading from the front!</li><li>IT skills, perhaps with previous exposure to systems such as SAP, Coupa, PKMS, Enovia, and Flex-PLM systems</li><li>Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management principles</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Free to Be, Inclusion &amp; Diversity</b></p><p></p><p>As a goal-oriented, performance-driven company, we strive to create a culture of belonging based on respect, connection, openness and authenticity.
