About the role:
Customer service to WL3 R&D labs, providing checkout and check-in service for tools and test equipment used in research and product development while maintaining proper equipment traceability.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform checkout and check-in services for R&D labs.
  • Filling and packaging orders, which consist of components and expired products.
  • Data entry into Excel files.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects. 
  • Assist with quality issues and quality metrics-related activities.
  • Assist with ordering of supplies. 
  • Assist in maintaining calibrated equipment.    
  • Assist with NCEP and CAPA activities.
  • Assist with audit-related activities
  • Use documentation systems to maintain proper inventory. 
  • Assist in identifying improvements to the tool crib through team meetings and individual observations.
  • Update databases and spreadsheets used to track, monitor, and report department activities.
  • Communicate with a wide variety of BSC personnel in and outside of the plant.
  • Comfortable working in teams and individually.

 

Required qualifications:

  • High school diploma/degree/equivalent work experience

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • Hand tool and testing equipment knowledge
  • Word and Excel experience.
  • Inventory control experience.
