Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) is seeking an experienced or senior Structural Analysis Engineer to join the  BDS Home Office Team located in Mesa, AZ.  

Position Responsibilities:  

• This position will be supporting the creation of production engineering tooling. The position will ensure tooling design is safe and meets all Boeing and industry requirements for structural capability.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A U.S. Secret Security Clearance – Final Post Start.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):  

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

• 3+ years of experience in structural analysis or mechanical design.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):   

• 5+ years of finite element modeling

• Computer Aid design (CAD) exposure

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range (level 3): $90,100 - $121,900

Summary pay range (level 4): $110,500 - $149,500

Summary pay range (level 5): $136,00 - $184,000
