About the role

This role provides subject matter expertise on Product Compliance to internal and external stakeholders.  You will advise customers and prospects of their regulatory obligations and best practice and support the implementation of software solutions.  You will work as part of a small team of advisors, reporting to the Regulatory and Development Director.

What you’ll do

• Advise internal teams on regulations and standards applicable to our software solutions and services
• Lead consultancy projects
• Guide the development of our sustainability solutions
• Communicate our solutions via webinars and other marketing media
• Liaise with stakeholders, including NGOs, to develop best practice
• Line management of Sustainability Analysts
• This role is offered internally as a remote or hybrid position.
• Some travel may occasionally be required.
• Other job duties as assigned by your manager

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of industry experience in product compliance, responsible sourcing and/or sustainability
• Expert knowledge of regulations and standards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex concepts
• Ability to produce high quality reports and presentations
• A pro-active person, able to work autonomously
• A drive for continuous improvement
• Technical proficiency
