Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrative Assistant to join our client’s progressive healthcare services team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of coordinating vital healthcare services, managing critical documentation, and ensuring smooth operational workflow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in healthcare service delivery while working with cutting-edge digital tools and systems. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining high-quality service standards and supporting both healthcare professionals and clients in achieving their care objectives.
Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate referrals from case managers, ensuring timely and professional email communication
- Manage payroll processing and documentation with precision and accuracy
- Schedule and coordinate client intake appointments, including setting up and managing Google Meet sessions
- Document and track client goals for intensive services, ensuring comprehensive record-keeping
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems in Google Drive, including regular updates of critical documents such as service agreements
- Conduct bi-weekly quality assurance checks on client signatures and documentation
- Monitor and evaluate staff documentation quality, ensuring detailed and thorough note-taking
- Coordinate with healthcare staff to maintain compliance with service standards
- Support the maintenance of up-to-date client records and service agreements
Requirements
- Proven experience with Google Workspace applications (Drive, Meet, Docs)
- Strong written communication skills for professional email correspondence
- Experience in healthcare administration or related field
- Demonstrated ability in payroll processing and scheduling
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in healthcare services or medical administration
- Experience with electronic health records or healthcare management systems
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder communication
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy standar
