About the role

Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Global People Team Reporting Analyst with a hybrid work arrangement in our St. Louis Global Headquarters, reporting to the Manager of Recruiting Excellence. ​

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a crucial role in creating, maintaining, analyzing, and enhancing reports in support of our recruitment and onboarding efforts. The ideal candidate will be a reporting analyst who is proactive, creative, analytical, and has experience communicating complex talent acquisition data in a simple, actionable format for varying functions and levels of the organization. ​

JOB FUNCTIONS:​

  • Awareness and understanding of data security requirements and management within those data security parameters
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports from our People Team system, Oracle HCM​
  • Create metrics and dashboards to track talent performance and provide actionable insights​
  • Lead global talent metrics as we continue to roll out Oracle globally. ​
  • Monitor key talent KPIs, including time-to-fill, hires by source, terminations, etc.​
  • Conduct audits and evaluations on recruitment processes and procedures, identifying areas of improvement and generating reports based on quality data.​
  • Partner with IT and key business counterparts to develop scheduled and ad hoc reports with dashboards, to meet business requirements​
  • Support and provide ongoing: ​
    • actionable talent insights with market-based reporting to inform People Team strategies​
    • information to assess performance​
    • cost data to measure effectiveness​
  • Partner with People Team to support broader HR metrics ​
  • Work directly with IT reporting team (OAC)​

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:​

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields​
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience​
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)​
  • Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition and HR functions, Payroll, Finance, and IT business processes​
  • Ability to analyze, problem solve and clearly communicate observations and recommendations ​
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to succinctly deliver key messages to corporate stakeholders​
  • Adaptability to adjust as the business grows and evolves​

 

PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED:​

  • Oracle HCM Cloud products experience is strongly preferred but we will consider other HCM systems experience​
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements​
  • Exposure to roles like Data Analyst, Research Assistant, or Statistical Assistant is valuable​
  • Certifications desired: Project Management Professional (PMP), Process Improvement such as LEAN or Six Sigma, Professional of Human Resources (PHR)​
