Substitute Cook

Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) is seeking interested applicants for substitute Cook positions within the district on an as-needed basis.
The substitute pay rate for cooks is $14.00 per hour.

Qualifications:  

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Previous experience as a cook preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Preferred experience with point-of-sale (cashier) systems and general computer applications.
• Ability to follow directions and a strong commitment to success.
• Demonstrated dependability, strong work ethic, and a positive, collaborative demeanor.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse students, staff, and parents.
