Senior Coordinator, Hospitality Product & Inventory - Olympic & Paralympic Games

What You’ll Do:
Collaborate closely with the Commercial Hospitality Product & Inventory team to support the development, coordination, and data-driven management of hospitality products for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic & Paralympic Games. As part of the Product & Inventory team, this role plays a key part in organizing complex information, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of day-to-day operations throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of hospitality products for the LA 2028 Olympic & Paralympic Games.
- Assist in ideating, creating, maintaining, and executing an innovative and strategic product architecture related to ticket & hospitality products.
- Assist data organization related to hospitality products and inventory, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across all relevant systems and stakeholders.
- Liaise and collaborate with product teams and internal stakeholders to ensure the accurate transfer of information required for product content & product build.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of internal workflow processes and technology systems used to support the business, including daily product tracking and other business operations.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and milestones related to hospitality product creation, ensuring teams remain aligned and informed throughout each phase.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, including minutes, action items, and proper cross functional coordination.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance coordination and operational efficiency across the hospitality product lifecycle.
You Have These:
- Deep familiarity with Los Angeles and its major sports/entertainment venues.
- Proven organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data management, reporting).
- Comfort working with large data sets and digital tools.
- Familiarity with hospitality, ticketing, or large-scale event environments.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Interest in the Olympic Games and/or sports and live events industries.
- Ability to manage workload across multiple projects and deadlines.
We’d Love If You Also Have These:
- Experience with ticketing platforms.
- Prior involvement in major events, preferably international or multi-sport.
- Knowledge of LA's key sporting venues and their layouts/logistics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to adapt quickly and take initiative.
- Experience in product setup, data QA, or inventory coordination.
