The team

COO Risk sits at the heart of the bank's complexity. We translate our complex banking business exposures into impacts on risk-weighted assets and provisions, aligning with constantly changing business demands and regulatory requirements. Among the key teams under COO Risk is the Ad-Hoc Regulatory & Integrated Reporting Circle, part of the COO Risk Service Organization Tribe. This circle is responsible for the ad-hoc data requests from regulators (ECB) in alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure a timely and qualitative data delivery. The circle is also responsible for automation of integrated risk reports and ESG reports for internal management. Our overarching goal is to establish a more centralized approach to risk reports, streamline processes, and timely delivery towards ECB, which involves close coordination with many domains.
