Lead / Senior IT Engineer

The Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer who is also interested in operating and continuously improving our internal Office IT platform, and leading both people and processes within. The role is initially very hands-on, but we are looking for a candidate who has experience and ambition in building and leading a small team of engineers (~3 FTE).

In this role, you will lead a small team of IT engineers, owning the IT landscape of New10. This means handling all hardware (Mac, network equipment, peripherals), software (Office 365, AzureAD, SSO, MDM, productivity & collaboration tooling), and at the same time also managing our processes around on- and offboarding, support & service to our employees, roles & permission structures, and much more.

Requirements

• A senior Engineer who is looking for a new role where he can grow both his Technical skills and his Leadership skills
• An Ownership mentality - someone who will take control of the environment, understand what is the current situation and will be able to maintain and improve our infrastructure
• Automation is the name of the game here - be ready to dive into PowerAutomate, flows and writing some code if needed.
• Knowledge in Identity and Access Management, RBAC and in other Security related topic is a huge bonus, as this team is the gatekeeper of the environment, managing permissions, access and network related security topics.

The technical skills we are looking for:

• Experience in managing Apple/Mac business environment, MDM with JAMF, Sophos AV and other endpoint user tools.
• Experience as an IT engineer in previous roles, managing MS O365 stack
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Exchange and Microsoft O365 suite
• Experience with SharePoint management is preferred
• Experience in leading a small team of IT engineers is preferred
