CHEP USA is hiring a strategic leader to oversee our national operations network—including plant performance, transportation, compliance, and workforce strategy across CHEP-run and third-party facilities. Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Collaborate in defining the broader Supply Chain strategy and ensure its adoption and implementation across the region, tailoring it to meet local market demands.

CHEP USA is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of US Operations to oversee our plant network, transportation/logistics operations activities with respect to CHEP pallets. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for optimizing performance across CHEP-run and third-party facilities, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring flawless execution of our supply chain. While ultimately responsible for all operational best practices, standardization, and related metrics, this role will also have responsibility of the outcome of Logistics processes and day to day execution to assure fulfilment.
