Your work will directly impact the productivity of millions of users at some of today’s most significant enterprises. <p><strong>We are currently looking for the engineers for the following teams:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Advanced Relay: </strong>Many of the world's largest enterprises rely on Box to securely store their content, and we are helping to unlock the potential of their content through the development of additional core capabilities, like Box Relay. We are expanding Relay with additional features and supporting products.Our Relay team, based in Poland, works together to delight our users by enabling them to automate routine tasks. Our products save users time and deliver results in consistent manner. As our team in Poland continues to grow and take on building new product, we are looking for a seasoned engineer who can own large components of the system and work independently. In this role, your work will impact millions of users, who use Relay to get their work done on a daily basis.<br/><br/></li> <li><strong>Box Apps: </strong>Box Apps is an intelligent no-code builder designed to empower businesses to create custom applications in hours instead of weeks. By combining content, metadata, workflows, and users, Box Apps allows teams to build tailored tools that enhance productivity across departments.With its intuitive drag-and-drop interface, Box Apps makes it easy to create dynamic dashboards for tracking processes, managing metadata at scale, and extracting AI-driven insights. From automating document handling to launching workflows, Box Apps delivers streamlined solutions that keep information accurate, organized, and accessible - powering smarter, faster decision-making for the teams.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Compose written specifications and documentation for software projects.</li> <li>Plan and effectively execute on project and quarterly deliverables.</li> <li>Maintain documentation on development setup and engineering environment along with the greater team.</li> <li>Attend and engage in weekly stand-ups, team meetings, manager 1:1s.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with other engineers, team members and across teams.</li> <li>Play a role in developing and fostering Box culture in the newly created office.</li> <li>Represent Box Poland internally and externally</li> <li>Participate in the production on-call duties rotation with the team members</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Ideally 5+ years of professional software development experience.</li> <li>BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience</li> <li>Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and relevant frontend libraries and frameworks</li> <li>You possess strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software design principles</li> <li>You are experienced in helping define REST APIs.</li> <li>Experience with testing principles and frameworks (Jest/Cucumber/WebdriverIO etc.)</li> <li>Assess, communicate and complete project milestones with manager and team members in a time sensitive manner</li> <li>Adapt to the technical and stylistic needs of integrations and projec
