We are a great, young team at GN’s Group IT covering many businesses used commercial platforms for Jabra & SteelSeries - you know us with the headsets and stuff, right? We are placed in Digital Customer Experience & Innovation department in the Digital Commercial Platforms Team.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Python Developer, experienced in Power Automate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the Python and possess a strong combination of both technical and soft skills

We prefer that your skills would cover:

• Experience with Power Automate
• 5+ years of coding skills in Python 
• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technically related field (i.e. computer science, engineering, IT etc.)
• You are a strong team player with good communication skills
• You are above average at spoken English and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
• At the same time, you are strong in written English - especially related to articulating technical specifications
• You are comfortable working in a truly agile atmosphere (we are working with SCRUM, sprints, user stories, tasks, backlogs, reviews, story point, retrospectives etc.)
• You have ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at the same time
• You are a team player able to work with virtual and cross-functional teams
• You have ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and work with tight deadlines
• You are an extrovert personality who is not afraid to ask questions

Responsibilities would include:

• Running a Python script in Power Automate
• Meeting business requirements while optimizing system performance
• Creating automated workflows across multiple applications and services
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by keeping the platform fit-for-purpose and fit-for-future.
• Performing regular independent reviews and analysis of existing development processes
