Within our Systems Integration and Delivery (SI&D) practice, we are on the lookout for a visionary professional who will spearhead technology implementations that align with client objectives, navigating complex integrations with precision and insight.

About the Role

This role is pivotal in driving successful technology implementations that meet our clients' strategic objectives. You will leverage your extensive expertise in systems integration to guide clients through complex technology landscapes, ensuring that solutions are not only effectively designed but also seamlessly implemented. Your strong business perspective and acumen will enable you to assess client needs and recommend innovative solutions that add significant value. In this role you will:

• End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Lead client-facing teams to manage the end-to-end delivery of technical implementation programs, guiding our clients towards desired outcomes and successful transformations.

• Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.

• Third-Party Platform Integration: Blueprint and implement third-party platforms such as Murex, Adenza, and Finastra, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems on the client side.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to understand their challenges, identify software solution opportunities, and articulate how these can be implemented within the budget, scope, and timeline.

• Resource Coordination: Apply your experience with technical project management to lead the coordination of resources, manage project risks, and ensure project delivery within time and budget constraints.

• Quality Assurance Establishment: Establish delivery quality assurance processes, ensure clear and effective stakeholder communications, and manage performance to guarantee high standards in project execution.

• Business Opportunity Identification: Identify and close new business opportunities through strategic project proposals, leveraging your expertise to recommend innovative solutions.
