Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!

This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

Blue Origin is assembling the leadership team that will enable humanity's future in space. As the company's HR Compliance subject matter expert, you'll operate as an internal consultant to leadership and business partners while owning the development, implementation, and continuous evolution of Blue Origin's HR compliance programs, policies, and processes across all HR functions.  This role is critical in maintaining compliance not only with traditional employment laws, but also with aerospace, manufacturing, Maritime, and Department of Transportation regulatory requirements.

This position requires a consultative compliance subject matter expert who can develop and deliver a programmatic approach to HR compliance – creating enterprise-wide frameworks, designing implementation roadmaps, and building sustainable governance models. Your compliance expertise will drive cohesive HR compliance strategies from conception through implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes while meeting regulatory requirements.
