Summary:
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning HR Initiatives with business objectives, leveraging technology to optimize HR processes, and driving strategic people management efforts. THE HRBP will act as a consultant to leadership on all human resources related issues while utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and decision making. This position is located in our Dallas, TX office.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Works with client leaders to execute all annual CECO Human Resources processes efficiently and effectively.
- Works closely with hiring manager and talent acquisition partner to establish position requirements, skills and competencies and executes successful hiring strategies.
- Facilities change management initiatives within assigned client units via strategic change management process.
- Provides guidance to clients to objectively assess and bring resolution to employee relations issues, claims and charges.
- Consults with managers on pay related decisions including new hire offers, merit increases, market pricing data, incentive recommendations, etc.
- Effectively utilizes available technology to manage employee records and human resources processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms, data visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableu, Power BI), Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to influence strategic decisions.
- Occasional travel is expected as needed to support assigned business units and must have ability to travel across borders.
- Ability to build credibility and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders and cross functional partners.
- Demonstrated ability to balance and manage multiple priorities with accuracy, efficiency and in a timely manner using strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate in clear, concise and professional manner.
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to a problem.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field a plus.
- Professional Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) Certification desired.
