Inside Sales Team Lead, Sales Representative

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:

• Manage and lead team of Inside Sales representatives
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and presentation skills while obtaining and servicing potential customers or existing accounts.
• Use CRM software for reporting and tracking appointments, sales, performance and maintain up to date data base.  
• Consistently apply Integrity Selling standards in bringing best in class structure for call plans, calendar management, account plans and use of CRM tools to maximize customer facing time
• Make sales calls to prospects, using provided pipeline, to reach a decision maker.
• Set up sells meetings to present the CVP to the decision maker in order to close prospects to fueling accounts
• React to inbound phone calls from prospects
• Monitor abandon web applications to assist completing the sales cycle
• Conduct sales meeting to generate profitable terms with customers while driving gallons to sites
• Build and use commercial insight within both Truck and Fleet segments, including competitor surveillance to use in customer and prospect meetings
• Use provided sales tools in order to increase sales efficiency

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree with MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of work experience in customer relationship management and/or data management and business analytics.  
• With MBA, 2+ years of above work experience
• Strong B2B sales and buying process understanding
• A good people leader
• Demonstrates confidence in their ability to learn, work as a team and deliver the results 
• Prior experience managing their time and producing results
• Competitive and highly motivated with a drive to be successful
• Highly productive
• Displays dependability and trust – imperative for customer relationships
• Easily Coachable
• Desire to be a subject matter expert in mobility, consultant for the customer
