The Role

You will make outbound calls on service invoices and leads not sold in the field and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales goals. This position will report directly to the Lead Inside Salesman.

Job Duties

• Renew all service plans.
• Control service plan churn through updating credit card EFT payments.
• Send welcome emails and letters to all new members.
• Convert free service plans into paying memberships.
• Follow up on all unsold estimates greater than $3,500.
• Work closely with field service technicians and project managers to close estimates.
• Utilize CRM system follow-up to track all progress for service plans and unsold estimates.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word and Excel.
• Experience utilizing Financing.
• Possess 3 years of work-related experience.
