Coalition is committed to identifying and managing cyber risk for our insureds and our Claims team helps them to manage the impact of cyber events. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a leader with prior claim management experience to lead a team of professionals and their handling of claims under Cyber, Technology and Media policies.&nbsp;</p> <p>As a Manager on the Claims Team you will contribute to the feedback loop with underwriting, actuarial, business development and our partner carriers for an understanding of individual claims and overall trends.</p> <p>This is a fully remote position that can be based anywhere in the US.&nbsp;</p> </div> <h4><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Responsibilities</span></h4> <ul> <li>Lead and support a team in their handling of complex first and third party global cyber, technology and media cyber claims</li> <li>Provide support and training to the team in the analysis of individual claim exposures and identification of overall trends, address insurance coverage issues, draft coverage letters and provide supportive counsel to the team</li> <li>Assist team in establishing accurate and timely reserves, maintaining accurate file documentation/information in our claims systems and analyzing liability and damage data to coordinate with insureds to develop resolution plans for complex first and third party claims</li> <li>Identify settlement opportunities to maximize impact</li> <li>Collaborate in the defense and resolution of claims</li> <li>Lead a team in the development of working relationships with brokers and our panel of law firms and vendors</li> <li>Provide data and analytic based-informational support to underwriters</li> <li>Provide support to our Business Development team with regard to marketing</li> <li>Liaise with partner carriers on a daily basis</li> <li>Work on special projects driven by company needs</li> </ul> <h4><span style="color: rgb(0
