Job Summary
FreeWheel is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a thoughtful, results-driven team player to drive long-term strategic planning and look ahead to identify industry trends on the horizon. The Sr Manager will lead the creation and iteration of short and long-term business plans and investment cases. They will be responsible for developing, extracts, analyzing and reporting on opportunities to determine growth and profitability. The role will also be responsible for demonstrating how to scale opportunities across the FreeWheel organization for long term impact and will communicate results effectively, translating data and feedback into actionable insights. This high-visibility role will collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including FreeWheel’s executive and senior leadership team, and will report to the Executive Director of Strategy and Business Operations. Core Responsibilities
- Contributing to strategic planning, with the foresight to identify industry trends and ability to create and iterate positioning on key industry topics and future growth opportunities.
- Driving and overseeing multiple key strategic projects, including leading the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials across near term and long-term opportunities including M&A.
- Conducting strategic research, data analysis and building detailed modeling based on quantitative and qualitative data sets.
- Defining opportunities, problems and strategic solutions, scaling initiatives across an organization while leveraging partnership with internal stakeholders
- Nurture and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across all levels at FreeWheel and Comcast Advertising, including Executive and Senior Management
- Develops strategic plans through the analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data, building recommendations that directly address business objectives.
- Contributes to business development and partnership discussions, including distribution, technology/product, content, and monetization deals. Recommends strategic actions
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in corporate strategy or consulting; ideally within AdTech, the broader digital media industry, the television or streaming industry, at a SaaS company, or media consulting firm.
- Organizational savvy and management experience.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Multi-dimensional, creative thinker: excellence at thinking analytically, strategically, and tactically; ability to formulate a cohesive, data-based, narrative while telling the story in a compelling and concise manner.
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create visually appealing and impactful presentations
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets and models
- Team-player with cross-functional team experience and ability to provide excellent service to internal customers - including sales, finance, services, and operations
- Proactive critical thinker with ability to independently identify challenges and find solutions
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders while driving internal consensus and alignment towards a common goal
- Strong attention to detail and able to produce deliverables on-time.
