Senior Manager Client Delivery

About the Role  

InvestCloud is looking for a Senior Manager Client Delivery within its Professional Services Division to lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts in collaboration with our clients. This role will be responsible for developing test strategies, writing and executing test scripts, tracking UAT metrics, and ensuring successful completion of the UAT process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of software testing principles, and experience in coordinating UAT activities with stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires project management skills, experience working in Scrum teams, and the ability to drive testing initiatives in an Agile environment. You will play a pivotal role in reshaping the team's mindset and practices, embedding a culture that embraces change, prioritizes efficiency, and consistently delivers high-value experiences to our clients. 

How you will provide meaningful contributions: 

•  Develop and document UAT strategies, test plans, and test scripts in collaboration with business stakeholders and clients. 
•  Coordinate UAT efforts between internal teams and external clients to ensure thorough testing and validation of software applications. 
•  Lead UAT planning sessions, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives. 
•  Facilitate UAT test execution, including test case management, defect tracking, and issue resolution. 
•  Define and track UAT metrics, including defect rates, test coverage, and acceptance criteria, to ensure comprehensive test completion. 
•  Communicate UAT progress, risks, and issues to project teams and leadership, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution. 
•  Support clients and end-users in executing test scripts, gathering feedback, and validating results. 
•  Ensure all UAT activities adhere to established quality assurance standards and compliance requirements. 
•  Collaborate with development, business analysts, and QA teams to refine requirements and improve testing processes. 
•  Work closely with Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to align UAT efforts with Agile development cycles. 
•  Apply project management skills to oversee UAT schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. 
•  Provide training and guidance to clients and internal teams on UAT best practices. 
•  Drive culture change by fostering a mindset that embraces continuous improvement, efficiency, and high-value delivery in testing practices. 
•  Lead and manage a team of UAT support resources. 

Basic Qualifications for Consideration: 

•  Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 
•  5+ years of experience in UAT coordination, software testing, or quality assurance roles. 
•  Proven experience in writing test cases, test scripts, and UAT strategies. 
•  Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management. 
•  Experience in Agile and Scrum development methodologies, working directly with Scrum teams. 
•  Familiarity with UAT management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, or similar platforms). 
•  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
•  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
